NOMADdance- JIMBOLIA
Daily between September 8 and September 11, 2022, in Jimbolia, various events centered around contemporary dance took place, choreographic moments accompanied by live music in the public space, a performance – “Je suis Giselle” from the Unfold Motion repertoire, a dance film projection made in Jimbolia, entitled: Structures”, but also dance, theater and film workshops for children and teenagers. The events took place at the Culture House, as well as in various spaces in the city, such as the primary and secondary School, the technological High School, the Faulhaber Factory, in the Square in Jimbolia or at the Statue of St. Florian.
The theater-dance and film workshops for young people took place at the Culture House in Jimbolia. During the theater-dance workshops, the young people were invited to experience communication using their body in a creative and intuitive way, while the film workshops followed the exercise of the audio-visual language, revealing how the images convey emotions and ended with the elaboration of a dance short film, made by the participants themselves.
