The course is aimed exclusively at acting students and actors who feel the need for intensive body training in relation to professional activity.

The class has an intensive pace but the focus is on the process, respecting each other's different way of assimilating knowledge. We address different types of contemporary dance techniques and methods of improvisation throughout the hour, which help improve the body's mobility and ability to make the most of it during the creation process.
